This is our overnight program for players 9-14 years old utilizing
the identical format of competition, exposure, and teaching as our
traditional camps. We utilize our Phase 1-3 station curriculum in
our Junior Camps. Commuting Option is available. Some of today's
best high school players started their development at our Five-Star
Junior Camps as middle school players. We give players the skills
and preparation for the varsity level. If you are a current varsity
player we recommend you attend our Traditional Camp program.
Instruction Campers will go through 12 different stations - twice.
They include; SHOOTING FUNDAMENTALS FROM A TO Z, BACK-TO-BASKET
OFFENSIVE MOVES, THE LOST ART OF PASSING, SCIENCE OF FOOTWORK,
SHELL, HELP AND RECOVER , THE SCREENING GAME, MAN-TO-MAN PRESSURE,
REBOUNDING, BLOCKING OUT & PITCHING OUT, PLYOMETRICS, STRENGTH
AND CONDITIONING, POST DEFENSE, ONE-ON-ONE MOVES FACING, GAME
CONDITIONING DRIBBLING DRILLS. In addition, at least one set of
Station 13 (individualized skill development) is available daily.
Competition The camp is divided into leagues, most sessions have
three leagues; NIT, NCAA and NBA. We will have a maximum of ten
players on a team with each player playing a minimum of half of
each game. We play competitive games with stop time quarters. Camp
highlights; include our Playoffs, All-Star Games, Three-on-Three
Tourament, No-Dribble and Situation Tournaments. Exposure Scouting
services utilize the information on who performed well at the
Junior Five-Star Camps to formulate their rankings. Our philosophy
is to instill the work ethic, discipline and skill needed for our
Junior Five-Star campers to develop into college recruits by junior
